Has D told you about his winning pumpkin one year at our house? And did he carve the Arizona Statehood Day pictorial? I'm coming down in May, and I wasn't going to bug you guys again, but your recipes have me intrigued. I could never get ingredients like rooster sauce in Winnemucca, so I may just impose on your hospitality, especially since you love to cook so much. More later.
Nope, I haven't heard the story of the pumpkin. And, *I* was the proud carver of the AZ pictorial. I'm calling it: "Cactus, in Mango" :)

Oh, and rooster sauce? It is actually called Sriracha Sauce. It has a rooster on the front of the bottle, and I've always refered to it as such. If you are in any grocery store with even the tiniest asian foods section, take a look. It'll be there.
